Delilah is an accomplished Lilim who's worked for many diabolical outfits, promoting the wonders of Technology to mortals and celestials alike. Although she's great at selling, and not above using sex to close the deal, she hasn't concentrated enough on her technical skills, and thus has yet to impress Vapula enough to earn a Distinction.

As "Daria Bienvenue," Delilah is a polished, pretty and aloof saleswoman in an expensive suit, but underneath beats the heart of a geek girl who'd really rather be playing "Quake." She has dark hair which she usually wears short and tied back, and wears a pair of dark, angular glasses.
