Shedite Knight of Factions

As one of Malphas's ranking Servitors in Dallas, Haggrin is sometimes suspected of being the Seneschal of the secret Tether, but most angels think the Shedite moves around too much to be a Seneschal. Haggrin is what passes for the "leader" of Malphas's troops in the city. He has no fixed Role or favorite host, but moves frequently from host to host, stirring up trouble wherever he can. Angels know of him, and he's at the top of the Most Wanted list for angels of the Sword and Stone in Dallas, but so far he's been too canny for them to corner him. They find out about his exploits only after he's gone.

Haggrin communicates with most every demon of Factions in the city, and presents himself as Malphas's chosen representative, someone very important in the diabolical hierarchy and entrusted with his Prince's long-range plan for the city. They all think he's deluded and self-important, a Knight whose career has dead-ended in Dallas, since they know that Malphas has chosen them for special favor...
