Role: Liam Graham, Professor Emeritus of History

Palaliel is the highest-ranking Laurencian in Dallas (except when Paulinus is in town), though most operational decisions are made by his Malakite counterpart, Iealo. While Iealo handles military matters, Palaliel travels the Metroplex, visiting angels and ensuring they remain faithful to the cause, and gathering information. He is frequently called on for help, whenever Servitors of other Archangels need a Seraph's resonance, but he also lectures anyone who seems to be less than completely dedicated to performing their job the proper way. He frequently talks to Dominic's Triad; they share information freely.

Palaliel spent years as a Professor of History at the Catholic University of Dallas. He was granted Laurence's Friend Distinction about 15 years ago, and "retired" Liam from active teaching, but remains affiliated with the university.
